How to create auto add comment every week

1. How to create auto add comment every week for issues which is in Open status? ( JIRA version v.5.2.11 )

You can write a groovy service which will execute each week and create a comment on all issues resulting from a JQL query.

See the sample from the link below. I think it will work for you with a little modifications
