How to create an extra column in WM board (sales project template_

There is no "+" to add a column or no customizations in "more" for this.
Right how I have 3 columns with statuses To do, In progress, Done. Need 1 more

Welcome to the Community!

I think you are in company managed business project, So to add a new column you will need to add a new status in the project workflow after that the column with the status name will show up in the board view.
