We have a field in our off-boarding ticket, and what we would like to happen is when HR answers yes to the question in the field, an email is sent to our finance team to alert them. Does anyone know how i can set this up?
You could use an automation rule, triggered on a change to the field and which tests the field with a condition before sending the email.
