How to create an application link between two standalone jira launched with SDK

I am developping a plugin that will use an application link between two jira instance for communication.

For testing purpose, I would like to create an application link between two jira application, one launch with the atlas-run script from my plugin repository, another one launched with atlas-run-standalone. 

Problem is, when I try to create the link, I go the following error message : 

"This application has the same ID as myself. Can't create link to myself."
