How to create a validator for checking whether attachment exists?

How to create a validator for checking whether attachment exists?

I want to add couple validators before moving to the next transition. 1)Whether attachment exists? 2) Whether a particular text such as "client" is present in description.

I tried field required validator for attachment but it doesn't work.

Can someone please help?

It could be done with script validator provided by ScriptRunner plugin. Are you able to use it?
