How to create a ticket using Node JS and the Cloud API?

Hi guys,

before anyone posts this link, I'll do it on my own: Examples of creating an issue

This describes how one should be able to create ticket using the REST API. But all my attempts run into errors.

Thanks a lot. But I just found this module https://www.npmjs.com/package/jira which offers the function "addNewIssue". This works like a charm.

The error message is from your application, not from Jira.  I can't help you much with that, but if you could give us the actual error response from Jira, I can talk you through that.
