HI, i would like to create a ticket for a customer who is not yet a customer. How can I do this without having to create them as a customer first?

With the right permissions in place, you should be able to create/invite new users on the fly when creating a request using the portal by just typing the email in the ""Raise this request on behalf of" field at the top:
If that option is not available for you, this might be related to your permissions. What's the exact scenario you're dealing with? The question is tagged with JSM DC.

Ich möchte aber in Jira über Create das Ticket für den Kunden erstellen und nicht über das Portal, ist das auch möglich?
Ich bin Jira Admin, unsere Mitarbeiter:innen sollten das aber dann als Agents auch können.
