I need help in creating a separate Test case layout in JIRA along with the respective status like

1. Open

2. In Progress

3. Blocked

4. Passed

Hi @Naresh

You need to first create these (or some of these) statuses globally in your Jira instance then create or modify a workflow to use those statuses along with transitions between them.

Take a look at this documentation page for detailed information. If you try editing an existing workflow then you should be able to do it quickly yourself but do look at the documentation if you are stuck.

Finally make sure you publish your workflow so your project can use it.

This answer applies only to Company Managed projects.

If you are using a Team Managed project, currently you can have only one workflow for the project and it is applied to all issue types.
