I am trying to create a table to show the number of outstanding tickets for different ticket types (ex. Decisions, Change Requests, etc.) but I am having trouble doing so. I want it to show the running total every week for each ticket type. Is there a way to make this table using rich filters and display it on a dashboard?

Ticket Types

Week 1

Week 2

Week 3

Decisions

Change Request

Hi @Daniel Resendez,

This can be easily done by using the Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD) gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app.

The gadget can be configured to group data by 1-week interval as you want, it can include the sub-tasks. The chart can be generated not only by count of issues, but also by story points or by other estimation types.

I hope this helps.

There isn't a gadget out of the box to support this weekly trend analysis. So you will need to look to the marketplace or simply consider using the Excel extension to export issues into excel. Then if desired, you could capture results in confluence. One other option, though not a table solution would be to use a created versus resolved gadget for each issue type separately.
