How to create a pop up with team members when i am hovering on team assigned to the project in JIRA

You will need to find or write an app that injects code to catch the hover and works out the list of people in the team. 

Bear in mind this is not simple as you don't assign a "team" to a project, you grant people, groups, project roles and dynamic roles access to a project via permissions.

Thank you for your reply ,can i ask the same question above only 

this time refer to the assignee of the issue ,the desire will show 

the name of the assignee on a pop when i hover on the user assigned to the issue

is there "easy" way to do this ?
