How to create a decision task?

I would like to embed decisions made in meetings in the confluence meeting minutes.

Hi @iwanwissenburg,

Using the slash command (just type "/") you can invoke a dialog screen that lets you browse available macros. Then just type decision and select the macro from the list. After that, you can enter decisions as you like:

In the same way, you can add a Decision Report macro, e.g. on the home page of your space to create a summary of all decisions in your space. That would look somewhat like this, showing a list of all decisions in your space and the page they are on:
