How to create a custom field combination of 2 types

Hello,

For my JIRA tickets, I would like to add a new custom field. And the type of this one is the concatenation of a value (either -2, -1, 0, +1 or +2) and a date/time.

Is there a way to create only one field for this? I would like to avoid creating two fields.
