How to create Jira project SandBox including CustomField

Hi!

I would like to know how to create a SandBox for Jira PJT.
I would also like to clone the custom field settings for tickets into the SandBox.
Could you please teach me if somebody knows.

What is your level of access in this environment? Are you an Organization Admin? Are you a Jira Product Admin? Are you a user that has no administrative access?

With a Premium subscription a Sandbox Jira instance can be created. For information on Sandbox instances refer to

Data can be copied from a Production instance to its Sandbox instance. There are limitations on what will be copied. For more information on that refer to "Copy production data to sandbox" in the document I linked above.

If you don't have the necessary administrator level access, you will need to work with the administrators of your environment to accomplish this.
