Installator said "error parsing cattalog"

  1. Download JIRA4.4.5.exe 
  2. Transfer File to Windows 2008 Server from RDP (ctrl-c ctrl-v)
  3. Run file as Administrator
  4. Installator correct find install directory /Program FIles (x86)/JIRA

That suggests a damaged download if it's as the installer runs, but you do need to give us more information - what are you running and where does it fail?

I don't know, there's not enough information here to diagnose what the problems are.  The log file should tell us something.
