I’m using the calendar view in Jira Service Management to visualize issues based on their start and end dates. I have two tickets that overlap on the same day, but I noticed that the ticket with the most recent hour appears above the other one in the calendar.
I would like to understand:
Any advice or best practices would be greatly appreciated!

Do you have a time populated for the issues? Or is there just a Start date populated?
