I currently have a standard subscription level which includes standard support package. I could not see or find any details on how to contact support. Can anyone help?
You can get to it from this community by clicking on the Product pull down above, selecting Technical Support on the right, and then scrolling to the bottom of the resulting page to find the "Contact Support" button.
