How to contact Atlassian support to further discuss on JIRA release deployment process

Hey all,

We have few internal business concerns related to JIRA release deployment process. I tried to create a support query on this, but with available support query options, I was not able to find an option related to JIRA release deployment and management. Will you be able to help me on finding the best way to contact Atlassian support to discuss on their release deployment process?

Hi @Hansika Wijenayake ,

Can you please check the below, which helps understanding the agile concepts.

https://www.atlassian.com/agile and try bitbucket and bamboo docs which are related too Release and deployment which are from Atlassian related. 

if some existing tools like Git, Github Jira having some plugins, these can be helpful regarding the devops related.
