How to connect with a team?

I asked a question with a form in a webpage for support, and then I received this mail message from Atlassian:

Jira Service has invited you to collaborate on cbteamsupport

Join the team

I clicked on the button "Join the team" and that lead me to register here. But, then, what's next? Cannot find that "team".

Where do I go from here? How can I get the support I asked on the first form? Can somebody help me? (sorry if this is an obvious topic, but I'm completely lost here, and I'm a total newbie)

I think I found it, you have to direct yourself to https://cbteamsupport.atlassian.net

there you can view your support requests for the project if you signed up with your email using their signup link
