My teammate connected to his jira software cloud. But I want to invite him to my jira software cloud. He has no received any invite emails.

Checking the details of your site, I can see that there are two active users. One is a Yahoo mail and the other is a Hotmail and both were active on the site today.
Was the issue resolved? Did the user received the invitation and was able to login?
If the issues still persist, may I know if it was one of those emails?

Yes, there are two active users. And I need to invite my two teammates, but they didn't receive any invite emails yet. Emails are [removed] and [removed] . I hope to work with teammates in our jira software cloud together.

Checking their addresses, there are no blocks or bounces on our side. Also, they are not listed on your Cloud site, so it seems that they were not invited yet.
Also, I saw that you are a Jira Software user only, with no admin access, so please, talk to your site administrator (the one with a Hotmail account) to give you administrator access, so you will be able to invite other users.
