Hi @Windy Ratna Juwita ,

In Jira, when you link issues from one project (Business Project) to another (Kanban Project) using "is idea for" or any other link type, changes in one project might not automatically reflect in the other. Linking issues establishes a relationship between them but doesn't synchronize or update fields automatically.

To reflect changes in fields or status from one project (Kanban board) to another (Business Project), you might consider using automation rules or third-party apps available in the Atlassian Marketplace.

You can use Automation Rules: Jira Work Management provides automation rules that allow you to set up actions based on triggers. You can create rules to trigger updates in the Business Project when specific changes occur in the Kanban Project.
For example, when the status of a linked issue in the Kanban Project changes, you can set up a rule to update a field or trigger a comment in the Business Project.

Regards,
Bhushan
