I can help you here and tell you the way I know.

Using application links, we can connect Jira, Confluence instances. Need to create application links in Jira and as well as Confluence, also mention their URLs while creating the links. You can refer the below article for the same:

hi @roshy45 you can connect Jira and Confluence with application link and create "links" between Jira Issues and Confluence Pages, here are some pages which describe it
