How to configure name that appears in "From" field in emails from JIRA system

When an email is received from JIRA, there is a random name associated with the email address in the "From" field. Please see the screenshots attached to this issue. Pasted image at 2016_10_20 10_00 AM.pngPasted image at 2016_10_20 10_01 AM.png

That's your email client pulling up people from its saved addresses.  Try cleaning out your contacts, removing anyone in the address book with that incoming email address.
