MicroFocus Silk Central is supposed to integrate with Jira, but we are unable to get it to connect to our Cloud portal - https://companyname.atlassian.net.
Silk Central is hosted on one of our internal servers and traffic is routed from here to the internet via a web application proxy server. The Atlassian domains have been whitelisted.
When I try to set up a New Integration I always get the error message RMPluginException:java.lang.RuntimeException: java.net.UnknownHostException: companyname.atlassian.net
I had raised a ticket previously with Atlassian Service Desk and asked if something had to be done to allow our portal to accept a request from a proxy server, but I was told not.
Has anyone else got a Silk Central installation which accesses Cloud Jira?
