How to compare 2 JIRA systems

All,

We have 2 JIRA systems.

1 - UAT

2 - Production

Is it possible to do system wide comparision between UAT and Production with respect to users, groups, issues, projects, environment, plugins etc ?

The goal here is to find out what is more / less in UAT and bring that to Production system level

For a simple comparison you can compare Database statistics of you Prod and UAT instances under Administration>>System Info
