How to clone layout settings to a new project?

When I create a new project and fill the "Share settings with an existing project" box, "new view" layout setting are not saved in a new project. So I have to move all the fields around the layout again and again...

Is there any kind of solution?

Currently, the issue layout cannot be shared between projects, we have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
