How to clone Zephyr test cases along with linked issues which are in NOT fixed ?

Lets say I've executed current test cycle completely and reported issues in that test cycle are also linked to the test cases.

Then, When I start the new test cycle I need to see the issues which are NOT fixed to show in the newly cloned test cycle as well. 

Please assist me.
