Is there any way to clear caches automatically through the jira functionality?

You might be able to use Automations to set the value of the description field.  But previous values entered into Jira fields are stored in Local Storage in the browser itself.

Funny you should ask, I was looking into that myself the other day. Couldn't find a way to do it selectively. Your only option might be to clear the browser cache.
