How to clear Jira container's plugin cache while Jira running?

We want to delete .bundled-plugins and .osgi-plugins while Jira running in the container?

We are not able to access the plugins folder once we stopped Jira container. Is there any way to solve this issue?

Please suggest.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!  

I understand that you want to try to delete the plugin cache while Jira is running.  What are you attempting to accomplish by deleting the plugin cache?  I would just like to understand a bit better the problem we are looking to solve here. 

It would not be recommended to delete the plugin cache while Jira is running.  This type of operation should only be done with Jira is stopped.
