How to check what user group could access a given issue

Hi,

We currently have a user who is added to a sprint under a board named "CDC Team 1". However the issue she is assigned to does not appear on this board:

Team1.jpg

However when we view the same sprint under another board (named "CDC Team 2") that she isn't assigned to, the issue appears:

Team2.jpgI was wondering if there are any reasons this may happen? Is there a way to check that board / group the issue belong to?

Hi @Jason Yeung ,

Kindly compare the filter queries of both the boards. The filter of the board may be the reason for the issue not shown on the board.
