How to change the name of one domain created automatically by Atlassian?

Two days ago , I was with a client to help them to by licenses for JIRA Sw cloud

When the system askd then to write the name of the site , they wrote:the name but the process got stucked and sudenly a site was created with an starnge name.

Do you know how to change it? jista the name fof the site.

I have written to support but no answer.

Welcome to Atlassian community!

The only way to have the Site name changed is through Atlassian support.

Atlassian support has different response times, which depend on many factors, please see Atlassian Support Offerings
