We need to change the location of greenhopper log(atlassian-greenhopper.log) file from JIRAhome/log to another location.I can't find this entry in log4j.properties file.

Hi,
Currently, this log is hardcoded into the GreenHopper source. So to modify it, you have do get the plugin source, make the changes and then re-compile it.
