How to change the homepage welcome message

How do you change or customise the home page welcome message?

I want to change the G'day, part but cannot find the setting.

Hi Phil and welcome to the Atlassian community!

I found several questions just like yours on the community but the answer is clear: this message can not be done.

You can use the "give feedback" button at the top of that page --> suggest an improvement because I don't think there is an existing feature request for this already.
