Please tell me how to change the format of the initial page for creating. There is "T-shirt size" box and I want to remove it. I thought it's possible to change Project settings > Issues > Layout and changed it, but the initial page doesn't change.

Changing the layout of the issues doesn't change the places of the fields. To actually change the placing, you need to change the screen for that project. You need to be the Jira administrator to change the screen for that project.
Then, could you tell me where the screen is? I think I'm administrators and probably I can revise it. Maybe issue - field? If so, please tell me how to change it.
