How to change the Workflow "Withdrawn to ToDo"

Required assistance on changing the status from Withdrawn to ToDo as I do not have the required permission to change.

Please help in to resolve this issue.

Welcome to the community !!

First you need to check with your Jira admin whether there is a Workflow transition from Withdrawn to ToDo for the ticket you are working. If not, admin has to create a transition in the workflow.

If there is a Workflow transition from Withdrawn to ToDo, then ask your jira admin if there are any conditions for this transition. If there are conditions, then you should satisfy them.
