How to change sequence/ranking of the issues in the columns

i need a solution to change sequence/ranking the issues in the columns.
Normaly the oldest one is on the top and the latest one on the bottom. I need it exactly on the other way.

Maybe an other solution could be only to show the latest one of issues in the column. I dont want to see the 2 weeks older ones. How can i handle it ...?

Include "order by rank" in your board filter.  You'll be able to re-rank issues in order of their importance then.
