How to change project lead post leaving the lead from organisation

I am working on one project as Product Owner. On of my team member (Project Manger) created the project and admin access was with him. Now he left the organisation and we are unable to change the project lead. 

Please suggest, how we can do this ?

Hi Bhaskar,

You need to get the project level administrator access within the affected Jira project. Else your jira instance's Jira administrator user can help you to achieve this

Ask JIRA Admin of your organization - he/she has super user access to everything including changing the Lead on a Project.
