I'm currently using two Atlassian products, as shown below.
I'm currently paying monthly for 23 users. I'd like to change this to 50 users and pay annually.
I haven't been able to find a way to change the users and pricing policy in Atlassian Web. Please let me know how to do so.

You can change from monthly to annual billing by following the steps here: https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/switch-from-monthly-to-an-annual-subscription/
I believe you have to contact support to change your user tier if you are unable to do it when you change to the annual plan.
