How to change outgoing email address

I need to know how to change the email address of outgoing emails in JSD Cloud.

I mean, that the customers receive the answer of issues on an address: "myproject@mydomain.com" instead of "jira@mydomain.atlassian.net"

You cannot do this in Cloud OOTB unfortunately. You can consider an addon solution, if desired check the Marketplace for email handlers.
