How to change in Jira Name of user to their emails

in Jira projects,

so incoming queries are coming from a parter and they come in as the requester for eg John Wick where can I change the setting that I will be able to see email under the name or instead 

to clarify  I want to see john.wick@domain.com and not John Wick

The only way to do this would be to ask people to change their display names on their Atlassian accounts to their email addresses. (Don't do this - public email addresses are a minor security risk and a major way to guarantee huge amounts of spam)
