Hi, when i first joined the company, i was assigned an email address which belongs to an ex-employee. After HR realized the issue, they issued me with a new email address, but my Jira account is still linked to the ex-employee's email which is no longer functional. Any suggestions on how i could update the Jira email to my new email? Thanks!

Hi @Anh Nguyen Can you check with your HR, if they can activate the ex-employee email temporarily so that you can complete the email change and later get it deactivate again ?
