How to change component name?

We have many components in a project. 

i want change to component name.

but i cant find it.

Are you a project administrator? If so, you can change the component name as mentioned at https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/managing-components-802592503.html.

Im a project administrator. 

But I cant see component list in project.

The component List is empty...

Then there's no name to be changed.

My guess is that you do not mean the standard JIRA "components" field, and you've got a custom field with that name.  Only JIRA or system administrators can rename the options in custom fields

Or you might be using the word "components" to describe something else.  If it's not components or a custom field, you'll need to help us understand what it is.
