I'm the admininstrator for the Regulatory Requirement Management (RRM) Jira project. Before the migration to Clouds, we set up the workflow that can be transitioned between various status, e.g., To Do -> Ready -> In review -> in progress -> closed/canceled. After the migration, it only allows To Do -> Ready -> Canceled. How do I modify the workflow and allow more transition possibilities? I can only view the exisitng workflow, but don't see any possibility to change it.
Thanks.

Hello @wei.wl.lu
What are your rights, permissions and role in the project and in your organization ?
Else you can modify your workflow by the global settings -> Issues -> Workflow (find yours)
Hi, @JM Perrot
Thanks for the quick response.
I used to have the admin rights before the migration. But now when I click on setting it shows I don't have anymore. Any ideas how to get the admin right back?
Thanks.

Ok it's for that, you are just an user in this project and you are not a Jira/site admin.
If it's a team managed project you can ask to your project lead to add you as administrator.
Else if you are in a company managed, you need to ask to a Jira admin to modify the workflow or to a organization admin to add you as Jira admin.

This is a company managed project. Can you advise how to contact a Jira admin or organization admin? When clicking on "contact your Jira admin", it prompts me that "Your Jira administrator has not yet configured this contact form."
Thanks.

I'm afraid all you can do in this case is ask around the other people using your Jira with you.
