How can I to call JavaScript function after Create Issue box is shown ?

This one below is call before box is shown.

JIRA.bind(JIRA.Events.NEW_CONTENT_ADDED, function(e, context, reason) {

.......

});

I must do some modifications by jQuery.

I am using JIRA 5.2.3
