How to bypass Okta login

We use Okta for sign on. I have a few individuals that need to access another companies Jira site. How do we bypass Okta to get to a login screen? Is it possible?

If you are on Jira Cloud the options for allowing multiple login options (both SSO and traditional login) is a bit limited.

In a server, data center or hybrid cloud environment you get a wider selection of SSO solutions through the Atlassian Marketplace, and a few of these have good support for aligning multiple login options, including IDP redirection based on llinks on the login page or, more automated, by users associations to domains or user directories. You can typically also configure solutions to bypass SSO to trigger by adding "no sso" url arguments.
