Hi everyone! I have three projectsS upport, Dev, and Ops. The normal flow is: Support opens a Dev ticket, Dev fixes the bug, and creates an Ops ticket. I want the Ops ticket to automatically link back to the original Support ticket when Dev links it to the Dev ticket. Has anyone set up an automation or workflow in Jira/Atlassian that handles this kind of multi-project linking? Any tips would be appreciated!

How many steps in the workflow does the Ops ticket have? Is it just a To Do, In Progress, Done set of steps? Or more?
Where I am going is why create a separate ticket for Ops? Why not just add a step in the Dev workflow for deployment and assign it to Ops at that point?
