We have an interesting problem. We have files, (Excel, CSV, TXT) that are often attached to service desk issues - arriving by either email or via the portal.
We want to put automation in place so that as soon as an issue is created, it saves the XLSX, CSV, and TXT attachments to an S3 bucket. There is also a legal requirement to do this.
I've been battling to get this right.
If anyone can help? I can't be the first one to deal with this issue?
