How to automate Zero downtime upgrade Jira DC

I am planning to make zero downtime upgrade my Jira DC using ansible.
One of the steps is to move a node into upgrade mode through UI
Administration (
) > Applications > Jira upgrades > Put Jira into upgrade mode.
Is there an API call to do that from Terminal?
Please let me know if anyone successfully automate this upgrade
