We are writing a bot on VB.NET which should create Issue to JIRA.
We use for authorization Oauth1, 3LO, RSA-SHA1 .
We are unable to pass authorization on the JIRA server. It would seem that the task is typical, but only examples using HMAC-RSA1 are found. Need help, or examples to help.
