How to attach an attachment in a JIRA issue using REST API with OAuth in Java

Its possible to add attachment with username and password.

But am using Jira OAuth. I have only "AccessToken". 

And also am set header Authorization : {Bearer xxxxxxxxxxxx}. But got the 403 Forbidden error.  How to solve this problem. 

Please help to me.
