Attached files are not remaining permanently attached.
After attaching the file, the file shows up but it is not saved. How do I save the attachment
so that it will not be automatically removed after leaving the screen?
The attachment does not remain attached. What needs to be done after I attach the file(s)
in order to save it permanently to the task?
Hi Jeffrey.
I am not sure how exactly you are trying to attach the file, but my understanding is, you are trying to attach the file but if you leave the screen, you are not able to see the attachment. If that is the case make sure you follow the below steps-
Option 1- If you already have a task for which you want to attach the file, then click on "Edit" -> Enter all the required details-> In the "Attachment" field, drag and drop the attachment or click "browse" (refer below screenshot) -> Then click "Update"
Option 2 - If you are creating a new task and want to attach a file, then click on "Create"-> follow the same steps for attachment as explained above -> Then click on "Create"
Following the above steps will ALWAYS ensure you attachment is saved with the task

Hi Jeffrey,
I am not sure what you were trying to do, but my understanding is you are trying to attach a file but then gets removed when you leave the screen. If that is the case, make sure you do the following
Option 1- If you already have a task and want to attach a file, you can click on Edit -> then attach the file you want (shown in the screenshot below, where you click on browse or can drag the screenshot into this field)-> then click on Update.
Option 2- If you are creating a new task and then want to attach a file, you can click on Create-> Then attach the file as shown above-> then click on Create.
If you do the above steps the attachment should ALWAYS be saved.
